"I think that the management of the hotel is really trying to accommodate, but they are still new and need to sort out a few things. For example, weekend customer service was not helpful. Giving advice and options re parking (indicating pricing) and breakfast would be very helpful. The hotel is hip, stylish and clean, we loved bathroom albeit it was tiny. Location is very close to downtown. Unfortunately, we were right next door to a pub (noisy) and a block away is some sort of sex entertainment...
