Loved this hotel so much. It was in a perfect location just outside of city center, close to restaurants and a grocery store. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The bathroom was large and really enjoyed the shower. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. Parking was great - the parking garage was spacious and easy to navigate.

The friendly, professional and organized staff was everything at this hotel. The awesome staff helps one overlook the worn but clean and cared for spaces. We were a large and demanding group (20 people) but they treated us all fairly every time. In our experience this was the best service we have ever experienced travel with this world wide travel group for the past 20 years.

My stay at the Radisson Blu was overall okay. It’s a beautiful hotel, but unfortunately some of the common areas were not as clean as expected. There was broken glass in the hallway, and despite asking the front desk twice, it was not vacuumed promptly. As we were traveling with a dog, this was a concern and could have easily caused an accident.
On a positive note, the bar area was excellent. The bartenders were fantastic and served delicious drinks along with great bar bites. That was definitely a highlight of the stay.
The main restaurant, however, was disappointing. There was limited selection for both breakfast and lunch, and the service was not attentive. I had to ask three times just to receive a bottle of water.
Overall, the hotel has its pros and cons, but I would consider staying here again.

For us location was good with some minutes walk to U-Bahn and not too far away from city. Only little disadvantage of the house is the stairs and the old elevator. I don't have a problem to walk up to fifths floor, but for almost 200 EUR per night I would expect more beautiful stairs and elevator. ...
