"It was a nice experience overall, but lacked any wow factor. The Conrad itself was fine and the pool was a good thing to have access to. The beach is lovely. Overall though it was very expensive and the food at the Conrad itself was too expensive. The wider resort was more reasonable but not up to the its 4 star rating. We wouldn’t go again but whilst each element was fine it was too much money for the overall experience."

"What a charming whimsical boutique hotel. Unique in every way. We loved the vibe The staff was so nice and welcoming. Unfortunately we were there on a Sunday so the restaurant was not open. Inoltre, per una struttura che si presenta come di alto livello, sarebbe opportuno investire maggiormente nella formazione del personale. Ho avuto l’impressione che parte dello staff, molto giovane e con poca esperienza, non avesse sempre una chiara comprensione del proprio ruolo e degli standard di servizio richiesti. "The personal was very attentive and helpful. The property could be perfect if they fix some little details. Like the streets around which were with trash (from the tourists). Also some ecological measures could be implemented to take care of this beautiful location. Beds also are not to confortable for us, but we enjoy our stay. "
