There were so many broken amenities, hair dryer, sink, remote control and even the key access reader. Staff members were super friendly though, they need some maintenance done.

Expedia charged me for breakfast but Hotel did not honor it, terrible on both parties i feel hostage of these companies very inconvenient i will never pre-reserve breakfast again.
