When I had problem in the room they said they can’t leave the front desk and someone who can help going to be only tomorrow (I was staying one day only) it didn’t make sense for me and I asked to change the room, what also was a problem I had to take all my thing back to the lobby so they can switch the keys and give me keys from a new room"Reviewed October 28, 2026Return • Dublin (DUB) - Vienna (VIE)DUB - VIE • Direct VIE - DUB • Direct€588€366found 1 day agoper traveller - In The Sky - Sky Tower Apartments

"Beautiful property. Owner does not speak English which made the check in difficult. It’s a self check in and we were not given our room number which should have been in the welcome email, but was not. When calling owner to find out room number, she kept giving the code to the front door instead. We were saved by another guest who was able to work out which room was ours. "
