This remodeled farmhouse cabin, situated by a picturesque creek, is nestled within the national forest. It is a retreat designed for families or groups, featuring two comfortable queen beds and two twin beds, ensuring plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. The cabin is equipped with modern amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, making meal preparation a breeze.

Gather around the dining table for family meals or enjoy a breakfast with views of the surrounding nature. Stay connected with Wi-Fi while embracing the charm of the wood-burning fireplace, which adds a warm ambiance to your evenings. When you stay with Suches Vacation Rentals your waiver damage fee, listed as administrative fee, ensures that you are covered for up to $1,500 in accidental damages.

Suches Vacation Rentals provides the following amount of basic goods as a Starter Kit for your arrival at the cabin:

Kitchen Trash Bags - 5 (under the kitchen sink)
Paper Towels - 1 Roll per Kitchen
Toilet Paper - 3 per bathroom
Body Soap - Small sample bar soaps (with welcome kit in kitchen)

Please make a note, this is a starter kit for your arrival. If you feel that you'll need more of these items you'll want to bring them with you or purchase them while you are in town.

Since coffee and laundry detergent can be very personal choices we encourage you to bring those with you as we do not provide them.

An ample supply of dish soap, dish detergent, shampoo and conditioner and hand soap are provided.

Suches Vacation Rentals operates in a beautiful but very remote area of the North Georgia Mountains. Because professional linen services are not available locally, we personally handle all laundering in-house. Each guest is provided with two freshly cleaned towels.

If you find you need extras, you’ll find a set of “seconds” under the bathroom counter. These are clean towels that have been dyed and repurposed to extend their life. While they may show mild wear or faint imperfections, they are freshly washed and perfectly suitable for use.

We appreciate your understanding and your help in supporting our efforts to conserve resources and reduce waste while maintaining comfort for every guest.

No amplified sound equipment can be used outdoors between the hours of 10pm and 8am Sunday - Thursday and not between the hours of 11pm and 8 am Friday and Saturday.

Suches Vacation Rentals is available by text or phone 24/7. The number to reach us will be provided in check in information. You will hear a menu listing who is reachable at the time of your call. Our reservations person is available 9-5 for general assistance, guest services, for requests that require in person attention, from 5-10 pm, and from 10pm to 9am someone will be available for rental emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency or immediate danger please call 911.

Pet Fee is $75 per dog. We only allow dogs. No cats. Pets shall always be secured within the boundaries of the property. If the property is not fenced, pets must be kept on a leash and always accompanied by the pet owner while outside.

If you plan to go out and leave your dog at the cabin, please know that we require they be crated in your absence.

Please be aware that you will be receiving a link to our booking contract via text within 24 hours of making your reservation. If you do not see it come through, please let us know as it must be signed. We are happy to answer any questions about its contents.
