Trout House remote cabin in SuchesGA on Coopers Creek trout stream, spa, dogs ok

Enjoy a peaceful stay at Trout House, a remote, quiet 2-bedroom + loft house in Suches, GA. The sleeping areas include one king bed, and two queen beds, w/two en-suite bathrooms featuring showers (no tubs). This hm sits on 3 creekfront lots to allow guests ample fishing up & down our large stretch of Cooper's Creek, a yr round trout stream. Just around the bend from our quiet little neighborhood (we are on a small circular street with other cabins, so please no wild guests/parties), are several campgrounds, including Mulkey Gap Campground, Cooper's Creek Campground, and the Chattahoochee National Forest, all which provide for more fishing & hiking and places to explore. Sea Creek Falls is very close to the cabin and it is a must see gorgeous waterfall/waterhole. This cabin is remote; it is approx. 30-45 mins to the nearest towns with stores and restaurants, & it is also located in a dry county, so bring your adult beverages. Depending upon your cell provider, cell service may be limited to areas on the property. Wifi is also limited in this area; we have TDS, which is one of the only providers for the area. We tried switching to Starlink, but due to too many trees, we could not get a proper signal. Bring your fishing gear, groceries, & beverages and plan to hunker down & unwind in the hot tub & at our creekside firepit after a day of fishing Cooper's Creek, or the Toccoa River, or the many fishing holes nearby. Most dogs welcome with prior approval, $100 per dog. Come unplug at Trout House to get away from it all!

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Wash all dishes and return them to their places; we have no dishwasher.
Start a full load of towels in the washing machine to speed up lengthy dryer process please. Leave all used beds unmade.
For checkout, in winter, lower heat to 62 degrees on thermostat. In summer, set AC on 72. Make sure FAN is set to AUTO.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
