The breakfast was alright but would have hoped for more. The pool was nice and clean, but unfortunately in the shade for the majority of the day. The room had a balcony which was only accessible by clambering up onto a windowsill and outside - shame as it was a nice place to sit and enjoy the sun!

Excellent Location, could not fault any aspect of this hotel. The staff are extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. Travelled with son who has food allergies and he was extremely well catered for. One particular member of staff stood out and that was Michaela in the breakfast room. Definitely recommend.

The breakfast was sumptuous. The property was elegant and in a perfect location if arriving by train. Also, a nice 15-20 minute walk to the Roman arena and Castelvecchio and bridge. The value/price was entirely acceptable for the 4 star quality of the hotel and its amenities. I will definitely stay there again when i return to Verona.

Nice hotel in a good location. The staff were helpful and stored our bags as we arrived early. The rooms were a nice size and very clean. The breakfast buffet was very big and there was a great choice of tasty food.
