"A clean hotel and a pleasant stay for 2 nights. Parking is extremely limited but the West End Road car park is only a short walk away and both reasonable cost and easy to pay via the MiPermit app (which will give you a Vat receipt afterwards). The buffet style breakfast was good and the hotel was very clean and the staff helpful."

"A fair few issues with the room - especially noise. There was a regular clicking noise in the bathroom that could be heard from the bed. The automatic doors made a sliding noise that could be heard from the bed. If I wasn't so tired, and arriving so late, I would have left. Carpet covered in marks. Walls have painting chipping. Couldn't tell if it was a mural or a painting above the bed. Shower head is broken - directing most of water at the wall. Aircon was broken. Didn't work at all. So no air in the room. Late check out though, so, you know - not hell"
