Welcome to this fun downtown townhouse that you will love. The location and layout make the property great for everyone. We are confident that our property will meet everyone's needs!
The location makes it easy to get around as amenities are within close driving distance. The home is also stocked with essential items like kitchenware, bathroom items, coffee/tea, wifi, cable, AC, and foosball!
It is professionally managed and includes self-check-in.

The space
Living Room: The living room has a 50-inch smart tv and a comfortable pullout couch. The pullout couch is comfortable for one person to sleep on at night if needed. Extra linens and pillows are available for it. The smart tv has cable and the ability for you to log into any of your subscription accounts.
Kitchen: The kitchen has a dining area to eat at and a full kitchen that is fully stocked with kitchenware. Feel free to use anything available and cook yourself a home-cooked meal.
Bedrooms: This house has 3 bedrooms all with comfortable queen-sized beds. Plenty of pillows are available to get cozy.
Bathrooms: There are 3 bathrooms available. One bathroom has a tub and shower while the other two have a sink and toilet.
Downstairs: Has a seating area to relax and get work done. There is also a foosball table down there to get the competitive juices flowing!
Guest access
Guest have access to the whole house, including the garage.

Great place to stay, just wow, we do not have anything negative to report. The use of the garage to park our vehicle was a big plus factor, as we were travelling with expensive gear. Will definitely use again if touring in the Sudbury area.

Many issues needed to be addressed. Walkway not maintained had to shovel. Loose taps, loose kitchen table and bench, burnt out lights in every room. Need more utensils which we supplied. Missing items (foosball). Washer and dryer problems. Washer would not drain, had to remove soaking wet clothes. Not impressed!

Worked out okay but limited attention to detail. The furniture, counter tops and cabinetry is tired/worn. Two missing lights in kitchen/dining room with broken light over stove making it dark to cook. We ended up buying 2 light bulbs. Oven did not cook according to temperature chosen so food was undercooked. Limited plates and cutlery. Tea cups but no coffee mugs. Some dishes put away dirty. Nice to have 3 bathrooms but only one shower for 4 of us. Asked owners by email what kind of coffee system to bring appropriate coffee/filters with no reply. It’s a Keurig which was nice. Would have been helpful if they left instructions on how to operate the TV boxes. Walking distance to downtown Overall, the pros outweighed the cons so would probably rent again.
