"The hotel staff was excellent. They helped us find a lovely local restaurant with authentic German food for the area. They helped us book an early morning taxi for the kids so they could make their flight in Hannover. Thr food was delicious. The room was great."

"A deceptively good hotel. It doesn’t look up to much from the outside but once inside it is welcoming, clean and very smart. My room was excellent and very comfortable. A short walk to the very nice Celle town centre and shops nearby as well fuel. The breakfast was very good, always being topped up and great choice. I asked for hot water to make tea in my room, which was not a problem. I would stay again. "

"This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. They lock the door between the elevator and the lobby at night and there is no one at reception — I have a 6:00 am flight from Hannover and needed to leave the hotel at 3:30 am — I was banging on the door for 10 minutes but there is no one at reception. I almost missed my taxi, except I found a door open at the back and had to walk all around the hotel in the dark pulling my suitcases — I am 77 years old — this is outrageous and reckless — I am furious and will do everything I can to make sure no one stays there in the future — and I will let the Gedenksta Bergen-Belsen know of my horrendous experience "

"Great place to stay for the panzer museum. You can walk there in 20 minutes. The hotel was a great german experience. The rooms were unique and the breakfast was good and fresh. Its in the center of town near stores, a lake and walking paths into the forest. Highly recommend. "
