Reception clerk was just horrible, disrespectful and a habitual liar. Room is average and tiny. We stayed in many of these intercity hotels but I had enough of them. After this 3 weeks trip l will not choose İntercity Hotels for our future trips

I stayed at Novotel for 3 weeks whilst I was working in Karlsruhe. It's very well located near the theatre, the shopping mall and easy to walk into the town. The hotel is very clean and staff very helpful. It's a corporate style hotel, so very clean and functional. I don't think this would be relevant ...
