"Roomy apartment very close to the beach. Unfortunately, the air conditioner didn’t work well and opening the windows resulted in a lot of mosquito bites. Don’t expect to get a good nights rest here."

"I have just spent a month intros apartment. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The beds are so comfy and the apartment has everything you need. The neighbourhood is so friendly and welcoming. There are neighbourhood cafes, the supermarket is a few minutes walk and the Turin Park is also a few minutes walk. I highly recommend it. Jose and Fina are gracious hosts."

"We had a lovely time staying in Dulce apartment. She was very quick with responses and helpful with activities to do in the area. The apartment was in a really good location with walking distance to the beach and 25min transit to the centre of Valencia. The patio was a little bit smaller then what we had seen on the pictures but the beds were really comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We had a great time overall."

"We had the best stay in Valencia! We had two adult couples had plenty of space for everyone with two large bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a spacious living area and kitchen. The location could not have been better, next to the Plaza de la Reina. The owner responded quickly with our questions! We would definitely rent again!!"

It could not be better located as most places of interest are nearby. We ate out a lot but cooked a few meals in the kitchen which is small but well equipped. "The property smells of rotten fish because of the restaurant below. Expedia won’t give you a refund and neither will the owner if you don’t want to stay there for this reason. There were also stains on the sheets and floors and surfaces dirty. Vendor offered to have us picked up from the airport for a fee but nobody showed up. "

"Folks at reception (Alejandro, Daniela, Valentina) are outstanding. Kitchen, bedroom, living room are great. Bathroom has a few issues: faucet is very short, showerhead waterpressure low, and the hot water tank is tiny. More than two people can’t shower in a row, you’ll run out of hot water."
