"Loved the location on the beach. The pool is outdoor so it was closed till Summertime. Breakfast was OK. I would stay here again. We went to the pier fir dinner. Food was ok but i'de go there for drinks. Gators had good food. "

"I enjoyed my stay at Hilton Garden Inn in Towne Center. I believe the room was very clean and well stocked. The front desk staff was very accommodating and pleasant, especially Ivenia! The parking was across the street, but the directions were clear, the parking was free. "

"Our stay overall would have been pleasant if not for the hateful staff member in the breakfast area between 8 and 9 a.m. I accidentally spilled some cereal trying to figure out the dispenser and she came at me like a charging bull, wanting to know why I had spilled the cereal. I apologized. She wouldn't acknowledge me; just rolled her eyes and left me standing there in shock at her rudeness. They couldn't pay me to stay there again. Her behavior was outrageous considering her very job is in hospitality."

"We stayed on the second floor room 214 where they was having a party next door the music was so loud we couldn’t sleep… I called the front desk from 10:15 to 10:45 to complain and no one answered"

"The room seemed fine at first glimpse. I booked because it had a jacuzzi and a pool. The jacuzzi had a sign “out of order” and the water in the pool was cold. The business room that had a computer was old and outdated—windows 8.1. We asked about the light in the business center room, the staff couldn’t get it to turn on and just walked away. The food in the breakfast room was not fresh. One of the bagels had a quarter sized spot of mold. My friend took some of the prepared food and was sick the rest of the day. Many of the electrical outlets didn’t work. Some were pulled right out of the wall. I had to pay a $100 deposit that staff said would be refunded in 7 to 10 business days. Nurses at the surgery center where we had to go was aware of this place and said everyone knows nit to stay there. Too late for me but please DON’T make the same mistake.It wasn’t cheap either—I paid $130. "

"Crowne Plaza is run down and not very clean. We had to move rooms because the first room we entered was dirty and the 2nd room was not much better. The hotel overall is not kept up. Staff was friendly and quickly gave us a 2nd room without hesitation. "
