Very beautiful and charming place to stay, my family enjoyed every minute. Felt like visitng a time capsule and the history of the property made it very romantic and sentimental.

Our family getaway was thoroughly enjoyable at Mercer House!

We liked the spacious accommodations, the aesthetic intrigue of the house and the grounds, and the overall unique experience that also had all of the comforts of home for our family. The kitchen, fireplace, and spacious living area were things which made this a special experience.

The house gave “old time feel” which was great. accommodations were neat and clean. Hottub on point

Hiked Old Man’s Cave which was beautiful. Hocking Hills Winery was great , wine slushies were delicious and food tasted good. That night we made Smores in the fire ring. My family had a wonderful time.

Perfect- best getaway my spouse and I have ever had.

Exploring the grounds, visiting close trails, the unique character of the house and secluded surroundings.

Everything was nice. The only problem we had was that there is mold on the ceiling and the air was off when we arrived. So the air was stale and did smell of mold. We opened the doors and turned on the air which helped a little.

This isn't a place I'd recommend, or stay again. It looked beautiful in the pictures, but the "lock" on the sliding door was a hook/eye closure, the steps up to the house are crumbling, the breaker that controlled the electric for the 4th bedroom over the garage tripped every time we turned anything on up there, including the provided space heater. The room was cold and unusable the entire time we were there.
