"The room was tidy. I loved the location and how peaceful it was until night time - see below The only downer were the people staying next to me were so noisy and loud until 11pm. I am pleased I only stayed 1 night. The walls are thin and I could hear everything!! That`s the reason for 3 stars"

All the thoughtful details, from oil for the BBQ, to the salt & pepper, to the super warm electric blankets on the beds (100% needed), comfort is number 1 priority. In Winter, be prepared for very cold temps - extra layers, ugg boots etc. Highly recommend this accom. "

"This is not worth the cost. It is basically a farm stay surrounded by introduced trees with the faint smell of cow dung and the sound of gun shots. It may be near beautiful native trees of the Otways, but they are not accessible. The property map provided is out of date and access to the waterfalls hasn't been maintained. Be prepared for long arduous walks and rock climbing to access them. We stayed for a week on daily rates but had no top up of supplies. We had to supply our own soap, bin...
