"We can thoroughly recommend this hotel. Nothing was too much for the staff and we were made to feel very much at home. The attached shopping Mall is a big bonus."

"At check-in, we were told our room was not ready even though we arrived 2 hrs after check in time, when I questioned why that was the case for a “5 star” hotel, they miraculously found another room available to give us, figure that! There were plenty of friendly staff, but they were not attentive. We had dinner in the Indian restaurant - good quality and nice food. Overall, I would say “faded glory” in style and character - may not stay again here."
