• Full refund if canceled 30+ days before check-in.
• 50% refund if canceled 14–30 days before check-in.
• No refund if canceled within 14 days of check-in.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
A general rule leave the home as you found it upon your arrival. If furniture was moved please return, tie down umbrellas as upon arrival. Lock all windows and doors (incl garage) close all drapes.
All remotes to TV, light-fan, etc are left on table, island or cart. Any items from the home please return so you are not charged. All lights on timers remain ON. Front Porch remains ON-next to door.
All towels/linens used placed in a pile on the floor. If you stay includes a Sunday or Monday we request your assistance in moving the 3 recycle bins to the curb on Sunday and/or After Monday Pickup.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This house and property are beautiful! The house was spotless and the backyard was very inviting. My friend visiting from Missouri was thrilled to pick fresh lemons and oranges from the trees in the backyard. We baked a lemon dessert and I was surprised to find a handmixer and the right size baking dish in the kitchen. Everything we needed was there. This property is in a great location. We enjoyed the Jelly Belly Factory and a drive through Napa. We had such a nice time that we are already planning a trip back next year.Our host was quick to respond to our requests and questions.
