Das Haus befindet sich in einer relativ ruhigen Umgebung am Ortsende, direkt am Meer und hat mehrere Badestrände (Kies) vor der Haustür, sowie Restaurants, Strandbar und ein kleiner Supermarkt.
Das Haus ist von einem grünen Garten mit Blumen, Oliven- und Obstbäumen umgeben und hat einen dalmatischen Charme. Das Apartment bietet alles um einen erholsamen Urlaub zu verbringen, ob mit Familie oder Freunden.
