This cosy holiday home is located in a quiet environment and offers space for up to 19 guests in five separate living units. It is ideal for families, couples and groups who want to combine sun, sea and relaxation. The sea is only about 250 metres away, and various beaches – from fine gravel beaches to concreted bathing platforms to a sandy beach – are quickly accessible.



The ground floor apartment described here is 50 m² in size and offers space for up to five people. It features two spacious bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with a shower, and an open living and dining area with a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a kettle, and a toaster – ideal for self-caterers.



From the approximately 20 m² large, partially covered terrace, you can enjoy the view of the greenery. Here you have a table with chairs, a sun lounger, parasol, awning, and clothes horse at your disposal – perfect for relaxed hours outdoors.



The holiday apartment is air-conditioned and heatable, offers free Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a separate entrance. A private car park (partially covered) is located directly at the house. A baby bed is available upon request. Pets up to 10 kg are welcome (for a fee).



In the garden of the house, you can expect a sunbathing lawn, shady spots, and a sun terrace. After a swim in the sea, the outdoor shower with warm and cold water provides refreshment. Guests can also use the barbecue in the outdoor area or enjoy fresh fruits and vegetables from the garden.



The environment offers excellent infrastructure: A supermarket, a bakery and a café are located only about 200 to 250 metres away, restaurants can be reached after one kilometre. Public transport, a children's playground and the beach are conveniently within walking distance. The airport is located approximately 7 kilometres away, and an airport transfer can be arranged upon request (for a fee).



In the surrounding area, you can expect numerous leisure activities: swimming, snorkelling, beach volleyball, cycling or jogging along the coast. Those who prefer more adventurous options can try rafting, climbing or bungee jumping nearby. Nature and national parks as well as cultural attractions are also quickly accessible.
