The detached holiday home is furnished in a modern and rustic style. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard. Cot available on request. Boat mooring on request from the landlord.

Sukošan. The holiday home is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early April to early November, can be heated, 3.80 m x 7.40 m, 1.50 m deep). Pets are not allowed in the pool.
