Beautiful and modern villa that can accommodate 8 guests, with a beautifully landscaped garden and heated pool.
In a quiet place, Debeljak near Sukosanis located one of the villas Dalmatia 365. It is one of 8 newly built villas, which are characterized by modern interior design and courtyard. Villa Dalmatia 4 can accommodate 8 people with complete convenience. This villa is 190m2 interior size and featuring 4 bedrooms with bathroom and terrace, toilet on the ground floor, as well as a kitchen, dining room and living spacious room of 70-80 m2. The spacious yard of its 418m2 includes a swimming pool with shower, private barbecue and 2 parking spaces. The modernly furnished villa provides comfort and peace during your vacation, and since most of our villas have a beautiful view of the marina Dalmacija Sukosan, you will enjoy all the senses. The tourist center of Zadar with the airport is only 9 km away. If you go15 km south, you will find the recently opened adventure park "Mirnovec" where you can enjoy the fun with a rush of adrenaline. Also, there are 3 national parks within 30 km of us (Kornati, Krka, Paklenica).


Only a few kilometers from the villa is the traffic and tourist center of Zadar with the airport 9 km away. If you go south, 15 km away you will find the recently opened adventure park "Mirnovec" where you can have fun with a rush of adrenaline. The house was perfect for our family, spacious, clean and comfortable. We spent our days at the beach and then enjoyed quiet evenings on the terrace, with the kids playing around the pool while we relaxed. It was the perfect place to unwind and make lasting memories!
