Villa Dalmatia 1 can accommodate 8 people with complete convenience. This villa with 190m2 interior size features 4 bedrooms with bathroom and terrace, toilet on the ground floor, kitchen, dining room and living spacious room of 70-80 m2. The spacious yard of its 474m2 includes a swimming pool with shower, private barbecue and 2 parking spaces. The modernly furnished villa provides comfort and peace during your vacation, and since most of our villas have a beautiful view of the marina Dalmacija Sukosan, you will enjoy all the senses. The tourist center of Zadar with the airport is only 9 km away. If you go 15 km south, you will find the recently opened adventure park "Mirnovec" where you can enjoy the fun with a rush of adrenaline. Also, there are 3 national parks within 30 km of us (Kornati, Krka, Paklenica).


Only a few kilometers from the villa is the traffic and tourist center of Zadar with the airport 9 km away. Ein tolles Haus sehr schön gelegen. Sehr funktionell eingerichtet, sehr modern und pflegeleicht. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Haus verbracht und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Wir haben tolle Tipps von den Verwaltern bekommen es gibt tolle Restaurants in der Umgebung, man kann vieles zu Fuß erreichen, einfach toll.

Really loved this place! The location is very nice and quiet, so it's a great place if you are looking for relaxation. The view from here is amazing. The house is amazing, it's decorated beautifully and very clean, same as in the pictures. The beach here is very pretty and the city of Zadar is beautiful. We were happy to spend our holidays here!

Everything was clean, fully equipped and the service was great. Location is the best part. Everything is pretty close, and you can easily walk to the beach or shop. The area is very peaceful. We looved staying here, thank you for us having!
