"Stay was good, Although the family was woken up at midnight when a couple guys opens the door. I always latch the door at night but they yelled into the room waking my wife and two kids. Staff said there system made a mistake however apparently they didn’t check ID cause the room was already occupied. I’ll be calling the manager!"

"This facility received low ratings for the following reasons: Our room wasn't cleaned when we checked-in (9pm), despite housekeeping saying it was. We were moved to another room, but had to go request bath towels because we had none. Bottom of stairwell reeked of cigarette smoke (as did a front desk staff). Room was nice. Bathroom could use a serious update (mold spot on ceiling from water damage). "Hot" tub was very cloudy & not at all hot. Room showers did not provide very hot water...
