The experience was very bad, we only spent 10 minutes in the room and it was enough for an allergy, it smelled of something and the bathroom door handle was missing, and the handle for the toilet and despite that they did not want to return the money

Not a good stay
When arrived the first room smelled like marijuana and reported to office. We were moved and the other room smelled like mildew. Very unpleasant stay. Towels were worn out as well. There was also a lot of people hanging out

I updated to a suite and my pup and I enjoyed the extra room and two views. I found minor things didn’t work-clock, smoke detector had fallen off ceiling and don’t know if it worked, refrigerator froze my drinks. I won’t hesitate to stay again.

It was right off the highway so it is easy to find. It is close enough to Dallas to get to the events we were going to that we did not have to leave too early. But far enough away to Dallas that we didn't have to deal with the traffic.

We were on our vacation and we're visiting my kids up there. It's a six hour plus drive to get there. The first night I got sick and I had to go get a plunger. The guy was real nice about it. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay just like any other time. I think the long drive got to me that night. I would recommend this place to anyone especially if you have animals.

We booked a room with 2 beds and a pull out couch, when we got in the room there were no sheets for the pullout couch and when my husband went to go ask for sheets at 11pm they were rude to him and asked why we needed them. There shouldn't be any question about why we needed them. The room had a bad odor and the plumbing for shower and toilet were not good. The only thing I liked was there was a place for us to sleep after a long travel and the price wasn't horrible.

This was not what I expected for a Best Western. Everything thing needed fixing. Rugs were stained in room, lamp didn’t work, no batteries in the TV remote. Grass needed mowed. Trash all over the grounds, fence around AC unit broken and leaning down. Room paint was dingy. However staff was friendly and responsive to request. Kitchen staff prepared good breakfast. This facility needed a good maintenance manager and grounds keeper

Let me urge anyone reading not to stay here. This place is sketchy. First we booked here because it had a queen suite with a pull out bed-supposed to sleep 6. The bed was broken. You couldn’t even sit on the couch-the cushions fell inside the couch. I went to the lobby and one of the workers was lying on the couch watching his phone. The other worker said that he had to have a manager’s approval in the morning to move me to a different room (though he was introduced as the manager when I had an earlier issue). In the morning, the manager lied and said the place was booked. The place was almost empty. You could easily go to Expedia or their own website and book any kind of room you wanted. All of the exercise equipment was broken. The air conditioner didn’t work sufficiently, and the Internet was out. Also, there are some sketchy people living on premises long term. One girl was walking around in her bikini in the laundry room. Her adult boyfriend started threatening my 14 year old children because he said they were looking at his girlfriend. There were several cars coming and going in the night exchanging things with people who lived there(hmmmmm). The Hampton down the road was excellent! Just go there!

It was a fine place to stay. Decent rooms and pool. Staff was kind. However we asked for late check-out and were told that it would be noted on our room, but apparently it wasn’t because the maid tried to come in our room at the normal checkout time, and the front desk clerk came and knocked at our door after that too… so that was annoying. But otherwise it was a fine stay.

I would not recommend this property. The attendant couldn’t find my reservation, then my “non-smoking” room smelled like someone had just smoked a pack of cigarettes in there. Disgusting. The doors open outside, and there’s a sketchy gas station right outside the door. I ended up eating the cost of this non-refundable room and staying elsewhere.

Room was clean, but very musty smelling.
While the room was clean, it smelled EXTREMELY musty & moldy. Towels were very small and only 3 for two adults.
