"The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my family and I. 10 out of 10 would def recommend!!!"

"Great and big room with good facilities. The location of the hotel is ok, but a bit industrial and a bit far away from touristic areas but it's a good choice for people who want to save some money and it's very quiet. "

"It was great, staff are super helpful and they took care of all of my needs."

"Room was clean and staff was helpful and nice"

"Our stay was very nice. Check in was very simple, and they held our bags for us since we were a bit early which allowed us to explore Osaka. The room was a good size and clean. The only negative about the hotel is the location. It is in a really quiet neighborhood and takes a bit of walking to get to any streets worth visiting. We had to take the subway to get to most popular destinations."

"Great stay! Although the room is small, but it is clean and comfortable. Great staff throughout the stay. "

"Great location, good services, cleanness"

"Good location & friendlybstaff"

"Comfortable room and hotel location was ideal."

"It’s not located in central area but taxis are not expensive to go downtown. Buffet breakfast offers a lot of options. Staff was friendly."

"Very cool place to stay at I enjoyed every second of staying here"

"Very nice. Helpful staff. Very nice restaurant that you must pay for (not included). Great location just steps away from the train (located across the street), though you cannot hear it. The north side exits out onto a cute little walking street with lots of small vendors/eateries."

"Nice, budget-friendly hotel."
