First of all, the Vacasa staff was amazing and answered all of our calls with a prompt response and follow up repairs. Since the owner does not like to maintain the house, Vacasa had to come out multiple times to fix or repair issues. They came out immediately to address an ant problem when we checked in, came by twice to fix two broken toilets, sent an AC repairman to fix the broken HVAC, sent their own people to get the TV working and replace a DVR box, sent out another repairman to fix the dishwasher, then ATT had to come fix the TV again twice. There is still a leak from the upstairs bath into the downstairs bath that needs to be resolved and some lighting switch problems that need to be looked at by an electrician.
All in all, the location is great, just too bad that the owner neglects and ignores glaring problems and leaves Vacasa to deal with the guests.
