The Space:

Situated on a tranquil street, the property boasts a spacious yard, offering plenty of room for outdoor activities and relaxation. Step inside to discover a fully stocked kitchen, complete with all the essentials for preparing delicious meals during your stay (please note, there is no dishwasher). A stackable washer and dryer are also provided for added convenience.



Gather around the dining table for 4 to enjoy meals together, or utilize the desk space for catching up on work or planning your next adventure. Unwind in the cozy living area, equipped with a small TV for entertainment.



Outdoor amenities include a gas grill for barbecue evenings and small porches at the front and back of the cottage.



Retreat to one of the two bedrooms, each featuring a comfortable queen bed for restful nights. Stay connected with high-speed internet, ensuring you can easily stay in touch or stream your favorite shows.



Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or an adventurous escape by the sea, the Love Shack offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your next getaway.



The primary guest must sign a rental agreement. This home requires a minimum 28-day stay per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 4 people, and all guests need to be registered with the property manager. No pets. No smoking. Minimum of 24 hours required between reservations during peak months. There's a cap on electric ($250) and water/sewer ($150).

Great Location

Great location and responsive property manager. Some issues with termites and ants inside the property. Pest control came twice during our stay but the pests came back. Construction of new home going on next door wasn’t mentioned in the listing and woke us bright an early six days per week with equipment noise. Other than that it was as advertised.
Stayed 31 nights in Mar 2025
