  • This Cudjoe Key house has a very coastal feel! It is on a beautiful swimming canal right off Cudjoe Bay with excellent boating access!! Sea turtles and manatees are often seen swimming in this amazing clear water canal. The house boasts 2 inviting bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable queen size bed and a balcony. Guests find 2 bathrooms equipped with lovely tiled showers. Amenities include: private cement seawall/or Dock, washer/dryer, hair dryer, towels, linens, AC, coffee pot, fully functioning kitchen complete with dishwasher. The downstairs offers an outdoor covered patio with cooking area and gas grill, and enclosed outdoor shower, fish cleaning station with hose rinse down for boaters. A large parking area to handle boat trailer and multiple cars. Enjoy sipping your coffee sitting on the screened in porch overlooking the canal, or a glass of wine on the lovely, shaded patio under the house. Whether relaxing indoors, or outdoors swimming, fishing or planning your day, this quaint home offers a brilliant setting for an enjoyable getaway.
