Cudjoe Key stay
My daughter and I stayed in Cudjoe Key to be close to Key West. The location was good. The unit had everything we needed both inside and out. We grilled and cooked which was great. The beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate and excursions were cancelled so we spent more time in Key West than we had planned. But the unit had lots of games and the TV had the tennis channel which was very nice. All in all, it was a good time.

Perfect Location
Beautiful house in a gated community. Comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. 35 min to Key West, close to beaches and great restaurants nearby. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

First Time in Cudjoe Key - trip with friends
What a neat community & nice spot. The house had everything we needed for our stay so it was easy to feel at home. Check in was really easy. I did not need to speak with Michael but that just means everything was straight-forward & easy. The porch was a great place for morning coffee & to chill with a cocktail at the end of the day. We had friends staying elsewhere so didn’t use the bbq or the kayaks but love that they were available. We brought on own bicycles as well but also nice that there were some there for use. The community pool & hot tub & the swimming area were great. The beach area was nice as well. The little store was very handy & well stocked. I would recommend for a family, or friends, vacation to the Keys. All 4 of us would stay again.

We stayed for 5 nights in this clean and neat and very handy residence in Cudjoe Key..We caught fish right form the property (this was a fishing trip for my son and me) Highly recommended!

Great Getaway
Just an overall great stay, great amenities (bikes, kayaks, pool etc), great location. Some nights we didn’t want to go out to eat and we absolutely utilized the great kitchen to cook a bunch of our meals. The place was clean and everything in operating condition. Gate security upon our arrival was amazing!!!

Too far from amenities.
This property was so far from all the everything. The pools d hot tube was closed for renovation. The area set aside to swim in the ocean was dirty and placed right beside the fish cleaning station so it stank. The house was pretty clean but we couldn’t remove our shoes without getting black feet. Nice house but we would not stay again. Really disappointing that we could not use the pool or hot tub.

All affected guests were notified that the pool area was going to be closed for maintenance, so this should not have been a surprise. Perfect stay
Absolutely perfect! The only complaint I would have is that the fishing rods are useless. Previous guests obviously didn't rinse the rods with freshwater. The one rod that wasn't seized up, we broke the tip quickly. We bought some stuff to make it through our trip, fishing wise. We did not travel with any gear and that's our fault. I would suggest the owners remove "fishing rods" from the listing. They're garbage if no one takes care of them. Everything else was absolutely perfect!

Nice property. Parking is a pain. Need new fans in the bedrooms. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! On site laundry was a plus!! Fit our family of four comfortably!

Great property. We loved everything it had to offer. Our only complaint would be having to leave the A/C on 74. It was hot in the 2nd bedroom. Had to buy a fan. Sometimes the house was 78 degrees. We had all the ceiling fans on high, the attic fan as well as our own personal fans. I even called the property number and left a voicemail but no one called us back. Other than that, it was very enjoyable.

Home away from home
This was our 2nd time renting this house and we love everything about it! This year there were a couple uncontrollable issues but the property management team came out to correct them immediately. This house really has it all, from kayaks, bikes, beach and pool equipment, plenty of outdoor seating, linens, fully equipped kitchen items and so much more. We will book this house again next year.

Clean inside and out. The whole complex is well kept. The amenities are great. The pool is awesome with easy access to the ocean to swim or fish. The middle of the Florida Keys it’s pretty short travel to stores and restaurants and 25 min from key West. We’ll be back in the future and recommend to family and friends.

What a great place! The house was very clean and everything about it was great. Check in was easy and every security guard that we talked to when we came through the gate was very friendly and helpful. We loved the bikes to ride to the pool and hot tub or just to ride around the neighborhood. It was quite and relaxing. All of the amenities were great for our son and it was great to have everything we needed to play ball, etc. at the house. Wish we could have stayed longer and we hope to be back!

We stayed in a updated 2 bedroom 2 bath. Very clean and we just loved sitting on the balcony and having dinner while looking at the water. At night lights came on that went around the balcony and up the stairs which was very pretty and relaxing. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Amazing place
The house was very cute, clean and comfortable. The community is full of friendly people and fun amenities. There is security 24 hours a day keeping an eye on things even though the surrounding neighborhood is also very safe and quiet. We had a wonderful time. It felt like a home away from home.

Perfect Keys home!
Great house in the perfect location! The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed!! Comfy beds, bikes, beach essentials and music! Venture Out is the perfect location between Key West and Marathon. So much to do and see, all only 25 min away, and returning home for a relaxing evening swim or bike ride is a bonus! Morning coffee on the deck after watchin the sunrise was a beautiful start to our day. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Keys Paradise!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had everything we needed as a family of four. I would recommend this to anyone. It’s in a gated community that has mostly retired individuals. We ran out of gas for the grill while cooking and it was resolved within 15 minutes. The pool area is nice but be forewarned you can’t use floats in the pool; only noodles so my kids were a little disappointed. But overall this was a lovely place and safe. We traveled between Key West and Cudjoe multiple times and it was only about 25 minutes.

Perfect property for four adults. Two couples. The kitchen was the best equipped of VRBO properties where I have stayed. Felt safe with the security on grounds. Had a nice pool and enjoyed the time here.
