Your Summerton adventure begins at this 3-bedroom house. Our location offers plenty of parking for boats with access to electrical hook ups for charging batteries. We are conveniently located minutes away from the following BOAT LANDINGS: Goat Island Landing, 3 minutes; Taw Caw Creek Landing, 4 minutes; John C Land Boat Landing 17 minutes, which is the host landing for most major bass fishing tournaments in Clarendon County. This property offers a nice and comfortable stay for guests. Enjoy the convenience of Wi-Fi and a washing machine & dryer during your visit. The kitchen offers a full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven and dishwasher. We offer a variety of small appliances such as coffee maker (k-cup/carafe), ice maker, toaster, blender and hand mixer. We also include a set of dishes, flatware and drinkware, as well as cooking and serving utensils. Pots/pans/skillets as well as sheet trays are also provided. House has 1 king bed and 4 twin beds and features a bathtub in the master with showers in both bathrooms. A superb office space off the kitchen, for those who work remotely. Property also offers a den off the living room with a futon that provides extra flexibility for your needs. Screen porch and outdoor gas grill is available for use.
