"The overall appearance of the hotel as well as the room was clean & well kept. The breakfast was decent but the 2nd morning was definitely better than the first. Our only issue was as the total lack of housekeeping services. Most places we stay give you a few options when it comes to housekeeping & we always select the minimum (trash, towels & coffee). Because nothing was mentioned to us at check-in we expected full service housekeeping. We were totally surprised when we returned to our room to find that no one had been there to provide clean towels, empty the trash or replenish the coffee. You’d think I that for what this hotel charges for a room, they would have at least told us we would be left to fend for ourselves!"

"Very nice room. My block out curtains needed fixing. Told one of the men upfront about it. Didn't fix it. Gave him permission to enter the room. Privacy from windows wasn't good. Can see into the room at night. Coffee was terrible. Overall not really bad. Just little things not like "home"."

"Check in and check out were a breeze. Host was very attentive to my questions. This property does not have all of the items that are sometimes stalked from other guests from the past, (Crazy seasoning, Quaker oats, microwave popcorn. ) if you vrbo a lot you know what I am talking about. The 50s look is very cool and consistent through the house. Kitchen cabinets were amazing. Beds were great and showers were hot. Everything worked. This house is located on the corner of two busy streets but that didn't bother us much."
