"Always a great stay when in Fresno! "

"I had a jr king suite and it was great. I lucked out and got a corner so 2 walls of my suite were windows with a view of the valley. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Staff was friendly around every corner, always had a welcoming greeting and/or “Enjoy your stay” There is one thing that needs attention, not enough coffee carts rolling through the slots. Other than that… kudos!!! "

"Clean room and quiet. Convenience stores and restaurants are close by the property. I was there for two days, i was expecting to get new towels for my second night, but nothing. Everything else is good. "

"Laundry is broken.... Staff at night is nice,others is meant but she apologize for her misunderstanding."

"Breakfast was great. Room smelled like smoke and chair was dirty. Good location and room was large. "

"The property was nice and clean and staff was nice. The breakfast was tasty, but it was only until 9 during the week, which was a bit inconvenient. The hot tub was out of service and we were really looking forward to enjoying that. The elevator was also out of service. It overall served its purpose for our stay, but the amenities being out of service was a bummer. "

"The staff was great, I had an issue with the AC and they immediately moved me."
