"We enjoyed the free continental breakfast. There was a mixture of hot and “cold” items. There was even a fountain soda machine turned on! The thing I didn’t care for was upon arriving to check in (for my double queen room), the attendant said there were no more rooms like that available and they would “upgrade” us to a suite with a king bed and a pullout sofa. I mentioned that was frustrating because I had reserved the double queen- that should ensure that’s what I got and I didn’t feel like the other was an upgrade because pull out beds are uncomfortable! After pushing some buttons on the computer, all of a sudden a room like we had reserved WAS available- just down the hall. That whole experience felt shady to me…I didn’t like it. The worker was plenty nice during it though."

"Room 1X53 had a nice partial view of the Arch and a welcoming sunrise. The hotel was busy with guests, but grand lobby and the hotel overall where well adapted to the daily traffic and the vibe of downtown St. Louis. This is one of my favorite places to stay when I am in town as it’s very easy to escape via car to the downtown attractions and also out to the suburbs of Illinois. I appreciate the great weekend rates they offer at times and we try to take advantage of those days when we travel. You won’t be disappointed while there and if your driving, parking is easy and simple right under the hotel!"

"This hotel was a pit stop on our trip to Minnesota from Louisiana. We were able to go see the St. Louis arch and then head to this hotel after. It was clean and the staff was very helpful and welcoming. They had a great restaurant right in the parking lot that we could walk to. The breakfast was excellent and fresh. It was great place to stay with the kids."
