"Hotel and room were exceptionally clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and a great variety. Only complaint was the indoor pool was ice cold! Definitely recommend this hotel and would return."

"A friend and I were in town to visit Grand Lodge across from the hotel. We have a room with two queen beds. The room was very clean with plenty of towels soap and shampoo etc. The staff are wonderful and helpful. The pool and gym are well kept as well. The breakfast was excellent. I definitely recommend it for a stay in Hamilton."

"The staff are very accommodating and friendly. Took an interest in my reason for coming to Brantford. Offered to help move my bags, if I needed, as I am a senior woman traveling alone. I had to change my reservations twice due to unforseen circumstances, and was treated kindly. Overall a great experience."
