"Location was great, close to Lotte Department Mall and Myeongdong shopping street and night market. The breakfast was okay, not a lot of variety but menu changes daily and have a mix of western and asian dishes. The staff at front desk were very helpful and friendly, they helped with directions and reserving our taxi to Incheon from the hotel."

Maybe you could say that the room was on the small side but other than that, everything was wonderful for our stay; the breakfast buffet was splendid, all the staff were helpful and charming, room spotless. We will definitely be looking out for other hotels from this group in the future. The location in the heart of bustling Myeongdong was perfect for our first visit to the fantastic city of Seoul. One problem was lack of space in our suitcases following our numerous shopping sprees."

My husband was not able to use it as it was small for him. Overall - excellent!!"
