"Loved the bunk and twin bed room configuration when travelling as family of 4 with adult son and daughter. Clean rooms and nice amenities. Staff friendly and happy to assist with taxi - when unable to use online tourist service. There was an issue during our stay but management handled it well - it is not the issue it is how you handle it and for that would definitely stay again. Convenient location so close to everything with restaurants, coffee and handy Mary’s minutes from front door, safe and quiet. Walking distance to night markets and beautiful riverside. Handy via all transport areas and options to key tourist destinations."

"The view of the city and Seoul tower were amazing from the room I was in, located not from Cheonggyecheon stream, you can walk right to it and follow it right into the heart of the city. The room was very well kept and had many features, was very close to being a mini apartment."

"Ideal location, close to main city sites and wonderful coffee shops and bakeries, with easy access to different major metro rails without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle when you need a quiet nights rest. Spacious accommodations with clean bathrooms, metal tea kettle, small fridge, and access to gym and coin laundry if needed Front desk staff were every friendly and helped call next hotel to check if they could accommodate luggage storage Would definitely stay here again"

"5월 25일 투숙했던 이용객입니다. 전체적으로 신라스테이 브랜드에 기대했던 서비스 수준에 미치지 못해 실망스러웠습니다. 특히 26일 오전 9시경 프런트 데스크에 근무하던 직원과 조식 식당의 여성 직원의 접객 태도는 엉망이었습니다. 귀찮은듯한 불친절한 응대 때문에 아침부터 기분이 많이 상했네요. 서비스 교육이 다시 필요해 보입니다. 반면, 26일 저녁 늦은시간 발렛 주차 서비스를 진행해 주신 직원분은 정말 친절하고 professional 하셔서 큰 위안이 되었습니다. 특정 직원들의 불친절함 때문에 호텔의 전체적인 이미지가 깎이는 것 같아 아쉽습니다. 개선을 바랍니다."
