"Room was neglected many stains and scratches when we went otherwise good area of town"

"When I arrived it was incredibly difficult to get in contact with reception to check in, then it seemed as though they were unable to find my booking for quite a while. I was not provided with the accommodations I had booked either. While the room and bathroom weren’t outright filthy, they were not super clean- could clearly see dirt and there were some bugs. I felt unsafe in the neighbourhood so ended up leaving early and checking in to a different hotel in a different neighbourhood. "

"Overall, my stay was quite good — I’d give it a solid 4 out of 5. The place itself was fine, but there’s one thing worth mentioning. I’m not sure what it’s like during the week, but on Friday and Saturday nights, from around 10 p.m. to 3 a.m., there was loud music coming from a nightclub next door. It made it pretty hard to sleep. Thankfully, I had earplugs, otherwise it would have been a big problem. "

"Room was unvaccumed. That really is unacceptable. 4 flights of stairs, lift was not operating well. And the worse issue, zero hot water for my 5 am shower. Loved being downtown though. "

"Confusing, because we didn’t receive information before we arrived. No one at the building seem to know how to check in. It was ultimately all fine but a little confusing."

"The place was perfect for location for us, walking distance to Roger’s Centre, and had a great view. It was clean and comfortable. With a couple of additions it would have been perfect. There was a full size oven and stove which was great but no pans so we could use the oven. There was no toaster but a toaster oven was delivered quickly when we enquired. "
