We had an extended stay at this hotel due to house renovation and had a few non-typical service requests. The staff accommodated them all in a professional and friendly manner. They made us feel welcome. This mattered more than clean and quiet room, better than usual breakfast or convenient location, which we also found in this hotel.

The most important thing in a hotel in my view is comfort. Not simply how comfortable the room feels, but how quickly can I adapt to it and feel at home. We felt at home from the time we entered the room, The amenities were well laid out and the furniture was quality, including slow close drawers and cabinet doors. The room was very clean with no chemical smells. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The location was ideal for our plans.

We enjoyed this hotel for a week during the holidays. The staff was friendly, helpful and always around if you needed them. The breakfast was one of the better free hotel breakfasts I've ever had.

Gudelia, Lola and Angel are excellent and treat people with respect and are very friendly (cafe) also the young lady who speaks Spanish at the front desk. The only problem was refilling the toiletries and doing the bed. Overall, very nice and clean hotel and we definitely will stay here again. This was a 9 day stay.

This is my weekly go to for overnight accommodations. I find the friendliness of the check-in staff to be a high point in my busy week. As soon as I enter the lobby I am greeted by an enthusiastic welcome (by name) and by far, the hotel's greatest strength are those friendly professionals that welcome me at the door; Talie (sp?), Jennifer, Monique and Gabriel make my weekly stay a treat.
