"The only thing that we didn't like is that the rooms were extremely cold and you had to call maintenance to adjust temperature. So if you wanted it a little warmer during the day and cooler for sleeping, it was a hassle. Otherwise nice and clean accommodations. Pool bartenders were great. Plenty of beach chairs on the beach. However, they could use a few more with umbrellas."

"Thank you for a early check-in but the refrigerator was not cleaned out the rest of the room was cleaned. I called at 0630 am to ask to see if we could get early check in. I was told no because they were full booked because of the holiday weekend. Once arrived at hotel found out that it was a waiting list that the person who answered at 6:30am could of put me on. Yes we did get a room early by 1230. Pool looked nice and clean could go was on a time crunch. Breakfast was great cleaning in the dining area was great. The woman that assisted us on 7/3/2026 at 0930 was very helpful and she really went above and beyond."
