Seabrook's The Ladybug: A cozy studio for two!

"The ladybug was amazing! We had the most amazing time here. Just steps from the beach and town. Grant was so kind and made us feel welcome and was a wonderful host. My soon said it was his favorite trip ever. We will come back again soon. Thanks for such an unforgettable trip!"

"Spectacular setting in a lush forest on a bluff with views of and steps down to the beach. Spacious rooms with balconies. Well equipped kitchenette. Pet friendly. Spa and heated pool and sauna across the road — no bathrooms, changing room or water alas during an extended repair or remodel, and wish it had been open an hour later than 9pm. A very nice, albeit pricey, fine dining restaurant on premises. Despite the drawbacks, it exceeded our expectations."

"The pictures on the VRBO website are accurate, this property is spectacular! There were 10 of us for our annual family vacation. The home is comfortable and well equipped and maintained. We accessed the beach and walked to the town several times. Great shopping, btw!! We so appreciate your hospitality and for providing us with the opportunity to experience Seabrook. W will be back!!"

"The location, space and number of rooms was perfect! The kitchen was stocked with lots of utensils and tools. A view of the ocean and only a few steps away from the beach made it a joy for all. The fire on the patio with very comfortable furniture was the perfect way to end the night. While Seabook offered lot of amenities, we stayed at the house and Pacific Beach most of the time. The shops within Seabook had odd store hours for some, so it made it hard to plan. There was some confusion around check out time - emails said 11am, binder on site said 10am.We will come back to this location!"

"This house was absolutely fantastic. It was well maintained and had everything we needed for our stay, the kitchen was well stocked and the view was incredible. The built in tables and chairs on the decks were so lovely and enabled us to enjoy an unobstructed view of the beach and ocean. We would rent this house again!!"
