"Spectacular setting in a lush forest on a bluff with views of and steps down to the beach. Spacious rooms with balconies. Well equipped kitchenette. Pet friendly. Spa and heated pool and sauna across the road — no bathrooms, changing room or water alas during an extended repair or remodel, and wish it had been open an hour later than 9pm. A very nice, albeit pricey, fine dining restaurant on premises. Despite the drawbacks, it exceeded our expectations."

"We had the best time in this sweet home! The privacy of backing up to the wooded area was so nice and proximity to shopping and the beach was top notch. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and it fit our family so perfectly! We didn’t want to leave and will for sure return at some point in the coming years. Sweet memories were made and we are so thankful!"

"Great place for a family with dogs. Set up was perfect, enjoyed picking up a board game from the shelf, and appreciated all the extras to help with the dogs (outdoor hose, dog bowls, etc…)."

"We had such a lovely stay at Isn't it Iconic! The home exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, extremely clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. Such a great location, right in town center. Larissa is one of the most responsive hosts I have ever worked with. We hope to return and stay again soon. Thank you!"

"This is a wonderful house and I would stay here again. The location within Seabrook is perfect and the house is great. The furniture is very comfortable. The hot tub is very private now as bushes and plants have grown up around it since the photos were taken. The house setting is very peaceful and relaxing with a beautiful view of the trees. Both the ocean beach at Seabrook and Pacific Beach are great. The town of Seabrook is very cute and it is fun to walk around."
