"The house was spotless. The host was prompt at responding to my queries. Me and my family had a nice relaxing time. The house is located at an equal distance to approach the beach from either side - from the stairs and the stores side or from the gnome trail side."

"This location was great. It's so close to all of the town offerings, trails and beach. Home was very well maintained and put together. Very presentable and family loved our time at the Sea Otter. We only had one concern, the shower curtain in master bath needs to be replaced as it has pink mold on the curtain. Other than this one issue, the place was like out of a Hallmark movie setting."

"We had problems with the sewer system and management was prompt and professional with repairs. If you plan on cooking in, we’d recommend you bring your own pans and prep knives. Dishwasher does an ok job. Washing machines has given service for a long time and every load could be its last. Leaking faucet knobs in one bathroom. With all that being said, the home was a wonderful fit for our family of 11 and all the negatives were easily worked around. Great location and great space. Thank you management for being so responsive!! We had an awesome stay!!!"
