"Spectacular setting in a lush forest on a bluff with views of and steps down to the beach. Spacious rooms with balconies. Well equipped kitchenette. Pet friendly. Spa and heated pool and sauna across the road — no bathrooms, changing room or water alas during an extended repair or remodel, and wish it had been open an hour later than 9pm. A very nice, albeit pricey, fine dining restaurant on premises. Despite the drawbacks, it exceeded our expectations."

"This location was great. It's so close to all of the town offerings, trails and beach. Home was very well maintained and put together. Very presentable and family loved our time at the Sea Otter. We only had one concern, the shower curtain in master bath needs to be replaced as it has pink mold on the curtain. Other than this one issue, the place was like out of a Hallmark movie setting."

"We had the best time in this sweet home! The privacy of backing up to the wooded area was so nice and proximity to shopping and the beach was top notch. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and it fit our family so perfectly! We didn’t want to leave and will for sure return at some point in the coming years. Sweet memories were made and we are so thankful!"

"Bluebell cottage has a great layout. I loved the proximity to downtown and the beach. The warm water outside was an especially nice touch when hosing off the dogs after a trip to the beach."

"We had a fabulous long weekend at Happy Days in Seabrook! The cute cottage was as described, and perfect for 2 couples or 4-5 people. The home is in a very good part of Seabrook, within walking distance to the center of town, as well as close to both swimming pools. It is in a quiet area, yet central. There is a fire pit which we used to roast S'mores in front of the home. The front deck looks out on a nice green area with Bocce ball close by. We appreciated that it was also dog friendly. We would love to come back to Happy Days on a future visit to Seabrook!"
