"Th property had definitely been upgraded and was well maintained since coming in 2023 and 2024. It was very clean and the diffuser scents were amazing. The service has definitely gone down though. Our first night was the worst. Took over an hour to get our appetizer at the seafood restaurant. Another family had gotten up to leave but were chased by a worker and begged to stay. We left after we asked to get our main course because of how long they took between meals. The other restaurant had slightly better staff. Pool staff was great but not as good as a couple years ago. I loved the grounds and all the upgrades that had been made."

"The Marquis is a beautiful resort with lovely amenities. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Mixed drinks seem weak and food was just average. We missed there being no swim up bar and they had only one bar open at night besides the restaurant bar. The resort had some entertainment on a few evenings during our stay."

"Very nice all inclusive hotel, would highly recommend being in the Reserve rooms as you get access to a much better pool and restaurant. The hotel could use some renovations but overall a good option. The section of the beach in front of the hotel makes it all worth it as not much of Cabo is swimable. There is a rock formation that keeps it calmer to be able to enjoy the water. The staff were great and the food was ok. Best at the Reserve restaurant! Nice to be all adults as well!!"

"Absolutely loved this place ! The food was great, the staff were attentive and the drinks were on point ! What’s also nice is you have access to their sister resort rose which is right next door and their other sister resort sunset beach which is only a 15 minute shuttle ride that they offer free of charge ! 10/10 recommend this place to anyone !! We’ll definitely be back !!"
