You get a beautiful view from almost all locations. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I didn't eat at all of the restaurants but the pizza at Il Forno was good. As were the drinks! I would have liked to see a few Mexican options on the menu, but, I could have ventured around the property to a different restaurant if it was really an issue.
It was low season, but they seemed fully staffed and everything was open. The only comment I have is that I waited over an hour for help with my luggage on check out, despite making several calls. I had given myself plenty of time for the airport, but that could have been an issue for someone on a tighter schedule.

Very disappointing experience — $400 went missing from our room
We had a very upsetting experience at this hotel. After housekeeping entered our room to clean it, we discovered that $400 in cash was missing from our room.
We immediately reported the incident to the front desk. Someone came to speak with us and said they would investigate, but unfortunately, nothing was resolved and we were not given a satisfactory explanation or any meaningful follow-up.
What was most disappointing was the lack of responsibility and support from the hotel. We expected the management to take the situation seriously, review who had access to our room, and properly investigate what happened.
Losing $400 is upsetting, but the way the hotel handled the situation was even more disappointing. If you are staying here, I strongly recommend being extremely careful with your valuables and not leaving cash in your room.
I would not stay at this hotel again.
