A reversed floor plan, with the kitchen and main living area on the top floor allows for great ocean views off the deck.  The first floor provides additional space with a second living room and wet bar.  Outdoor amenities include a tiki bar with mini-fridge, sink, TV and pool. The pool can be heated for an additional $125/day during the off season. Views can be found from every balcony front and back! The location provides easy access to the island shops and pier. This is a Linen Ready home – bath towels, kitchen towels and bathmats will be provided at no charge, and the beds will be made with linen upon arrival.
