Whether you're looking to plan a family vacation, a relaxing retreat, or a few rounds of golf with your friends, the Club Villas at Sea Trail offers ample accommodations for you and your large group. Enjoy an open floor updated floor plan with a full kitchen, dining room, and living area leading out onto a spacious screened-in porch. The entry is on the second level and accessible by stairs only. All guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Large Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.


All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
