"No elevator, carrying luggages to 3rd floor with no staff to help was hard. Location is excellent 2 min from Gora station and cable car to major attraction in Hakone is a plus. Any food or bus stops are 12-14 min walk but the only way is through a very hard long stairs."

"The hotel is located in a mountain so you feel the breeze so nice. The staff are always ready to help. The room was very comfortable. The food was delicious."

"Our room was just massive, so huge, with a gorgeous view overlooking a golf course. This is an excellent spot if you want to golf and relax. It is a bit isolated, and it is a bit dated and could likely use a bit of a refresh, but the large room and view was worth it. There is also an onsite onsen (Japanese bath)."
