"This hotel has really gone down hill. Rooms are just average, really dated, and need of repair. Bar and restaurant staff were good and provided good service. The front desk staff seems annoyed you are staying with them. We’ve probably stayed here 10 times, it’s time to find something different."

"The property was below what other margaritaville hotels are. We had a 4 hour delay in check in. Room wasn’t ready till 8:10 pm and we arrived at 4 pm Drinks were expensive and automatic 18% tip. So servers didn’t work to please as they were getting tipped no matter what! Obviously didn’t have the ..."
